A Word on Missed Appointments
There are times when our 
scheduled appointments are booked way in advance.
In fairness to others and to efficiently schedule appointments, it is
necessary that 24-hour prior notification
for any broken appointments be given.
Broken appointments are: missed appointments, late-rescheduled appointments (i.e., rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice), and late-cancellation appointments (i.e., canceling with less than 24-hour notice). In light of this we have established the following policy:
A full charge will be made
for all broken appointments (i.e., missed appointments, cancellations, and
reschedules) unless a 24-hour prior notification is given.
